Job Description

As part of OU IT Operations, the student will work with the ticketing system TDX to help with escalated tickets. They will work on creating and correcting scripts to help with automation within windows systems. Knowlege of management of Active Directory, Office365, SharePoint, and other windows systems will be a plus. All these skills are not required, but the candidate should have a basic understanding of Powershell or other coding languages. IT will be located at EL on the Norman Campus. 



Job Requirements

Required Education: Must be currently enrolled in the current Term as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

  • Must attach Fall 2022 class schedule.

Skills:

  • Administration of Windows and Linux Systems, Active Directory, DNS, and Federation
  • Maintain and create scripts are requested for different automated processes in powershell and other development
    languages
  • Office 365 and Azure administration
  • Administration of University’s FIM/MIM Identity management
  • Administration of print servers, update services, SCCM and RDP server for the University Labs
