This is a supervisory role within the OUIT Operations Department that will report to the Director of OUIT Operations.
Manager of the Application Support & Management (ASM) team will be responsible for most HR duties for the team, Direct support of departmental supported applications, and collaborating with other university staff. The manager will also be responsible developing and ensuring that processes and procedures are followed, documentation is kept up to date, and customer requests are fulfilled. The manager is expected to provide leadership, mentoring, coaching, and professional development that will empower team members, and is responsible for fostering an environment of collaboration. This role is to be considered a “working manager” and must possess technical and leadership skills.
Duties:
**The position will be located in Oklahoma City (Health Sciences Center Campus) with a flexible and/or remote option possible for experienced candidates.**
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree, AND:
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree for a total of 84 months of experience.

Supervision: There will be supervisor duties but we are not sure what that will look like at this time. This position will be managing a new team. Would like to hire the manager first.
