Are you an experienced Lean Six Sigma practitioner who sees potential opportunities everywhere?
The University of Southampton is looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Lead to join the team. Based in iSolutions, the University’s Technology department, you will be responsible for designing processes focused on the needs of the customer.
You will need to have extensive experience in:
- Gathering customer insights to identify what the customers need and value
- Designing services around the needs of the customer and capabilities of the service providers
- Identifying service improvement opportunities through active engagement with delivery teams and analysis of previous demand and service patterns
- Process data analysis, identifying insights and building monitoring frameworks to demonstrate improved performance
You will also need to be:
- A confident facilitator and experienced workshop designer
- An effective change manager, able to build momentum and manage dissenting voices
The post holder will need to challenge existing ways of working, where they do not meet this customer centred approach, and work closely with service delivery teams to define new ways of working.
