| Scope of Job | Coordinate and ensure that proper change management procedures are followed by IT teams and university departments for all installations, upgrades and other technical activities. Optimize the effectiveness of the interaction of information systems and organizational processes in an efficient and timely manner. Promote and educate staff on change management practices across all IT departments to minimize the risks of negatively impacting production IT environments and services. |

| Required Education | Bachelor’s Degree in CIS, CS, IT or a closely related field from an accredited university or other Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of IT experience. |
| Preferred Education | None. |
| Licenses/Certifications | Preferred: ITIL V4 Foundation |
| Required Experience | Three (3) years of IT related experience including resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests, and working with Change Management Processes and/or Application/Systems Development. |

| Equipment | Use of standard office equipment. |
| Working Conditions | Needs to be able to successfully perform all required duties. May be required to work evenings and/or weekends. Occasional travel will be required. |
| Other | Must have strong organizational skills and a high level of problem solving skills. Ability to master new technology and applications. Must be able to multitask and manage projects concurrently. Ability to build strong working relationships with all Support and Service Delivery teams. Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes and procedures. Must possess excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills and have a great level of attention to detail. Must have a process oriented approach. |
