In your new role you will:
Work in IT Finance & Supply Chain department supporting the global solution owner for BlueYonder based application “EnterpriseSupplyPlaner” (ESP)

Monitor and support IT operations for Infineon global supply planning solution with our third party providers

Provide guidance on complex incident and root cause investigations to IT operations team and handle escalations

Manage operational change requests and ensure that proposed solutions do not impact system stability

Participate in IT project tasks as and when needed (i.e. during OneSAP Villach roll-out)

Work together with project teams to manage the release of new IT features/ functionalities and hand-over to operations

Manage relationships to business stake holders and act as IT contactperson for Infineon Supply Planning community globally

During an individual training phase , we will prepare you for your new tasks. With regular feedback discussions and planning of your professional and personal development we want to ensure your success in this position.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to perform some of your tasks in your home office (Hybrid) and you can arrange your working hours flexibly .

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
At least 2 – 3 years professional experience in the areas of IT or supply planning

Basic technical or programmings skills (PL/SQL, interfacetechnologies)

Experience with supply planning systems or other planning IT applications a plus

Strong analytical skills and the ability to drill into details of more complex topics

Good communication skills in English and preferably German

Enjoy working and collaborating across global teams

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group F (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
