IT Business Analyst in Sunrise, Florida

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an IT Business Analyst within the Healthcare/NHS industry, located in Sunrise, Florida. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks related to improving and streamlining business processes through the application of IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth user interviews to gather and document business requirements to guide the development of new systems and processes.

• Design and develop process flow diagrams and flowcharts to visualize and communicate business processes.

• Leverage tools such as Atlassian Jira for effective project management and Agile Scrum methodologies for iterative development.

• Create detailed user stories to guide the development team in creating solutions that meet the needs of the business.

• Use your understanding of Business Process Functions and Business Requirement Documents to ensure solutions meet business needs.

• Apply your knowledge of the Healthcare Industry to provide relevant insights and recommendations.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT solutions and make recommendations for improvements as necessary.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements to provide the most effective solutions.

• Work in a collaborative team environment to achieve common goals.

• Handle urgent tasks and be ready to start as soon as possible. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Agile Scrum methodologies

• Demonstrated experience in Business Process Functions and Business Analysis

• Proven ability to prepare and interpret Process Flow Charts and Process Flow Diagrams

• Experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents

• Expertise in Gathering Requirements from various stakeholders

• Knowledge and understanding of the HealthCare Industry

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with IT and business teams to achieve objectives

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred

• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or IT will be an advantage Technology Doesn’t Change the World, People Do.®
