The IT Analyst will be responsible for our SAP Ecosystem as the lead resource for our Record to Report Team. The team designs, configures and maintains the backbone of KDP’s finance, treasury and tax activities that enable us to manufacture the products that our customers love.In this role, the IT Analyst will also be responsible for participating in IT Projects, including the design and deployment of new functionality for IT systems in the ecosystem.Your Responsibilities will include:

  • SAP System Optimization: Analyze and optimize SAP modules (AR, AP, Asset Management, and Treasury) to enhance system performance and meet business objectives.
  • User Support: Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, and delivering user training as needed.
  • Implementation: Oversee the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Integration Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage SAP integration with other business applications.
  • Manage SAP security roles: Approve roles change and understands critical access restrictions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports using SAP tools, ensuring accurate and timely data analysis.
  • Documentation: Review documentation for SAP processes, configurations, and system changes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Support in testing and reviewing the testing results for Break fixes, Enhancements, Projects etc.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of SAP updates, industry best practices, and technological advancements to recommend and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field
  • Experience as an SAP Analyst or in a similar role
  • 3 years of experience in SAP Finance, Controlling, Project Systems and integration with Logistic modules
  • Experience in participating in IT projects and rolling out IT applications
  • SAP certification is desirable
  • Knowledge of SAP modules, configurations, and integration
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Responsive, fast-paced decision-making skills
  • Ability to interface effectively with technical teams in the Snowflake, Informatica, Micro Strategy, and SAP Technologies as well as non-technical Business SMEs
  • Ability to manage/lead matrixed teams in a Scrum/Agile format as well as be flexible with waterfall based project teams
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills
