Title: Investment Banking AssociateCompany Summary: We are currently partnered with an Elite Boutique/Upper MM Investment Bank based out of Tampa, FL looking to add on an Associate to their growing team. This team is led by the top Managing Directors in the country in their respective space. The Investment Banking Associate will have the opportunity to work directly with their senior leadership and be a part of a growing entrepreneurial team!Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for:

• Assisting in executing sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions
• Being a part of client meetings and marketing meetings
• Partaking in research in order to generate new business
• Preparing for proposals, offering memoranda, transaction related financial models, and more for client meetings

Investment Banking Associate should have the following qualifications:

• Experience within Investment Banking, Private Equity, Equity Research, Transaction Advisory, or related M&A Finance field
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Great oral and written communication skills
• Experience performing financial analysis as well as valuation analyses in excel
• Ability to run an M&A deal process end-to-end
• Prior experience in T&L, Distribution, Industrials, Tech, or another related sector is preferred
