Summary of Job Duties:
This Interventional Pain Clinic Radiology Technician PRN is responsible for c-arm guidance/imaging during interventional procedures in ambulatory procedural suites in a sterile environment. Interventional pain procedures and outpatient surgeries/procedures including but not limited to SCS trials, Kyphoplasties and Vertebroplasties. This position interacts with patients, physicians, healthcare staff, and many clerical staff members with in the department of Interventional pain. This position is held accountable for performing the correct radiologic exams and producing high quality images, fluoroscopic guidance and operations of a C-Arm.

Qualifications:

​Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved Radiology Program- AART Registry or registry eligible.
• State of Arkansas Radiation License.
• CPR certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• More than 1 year experience in a procedure suite setting using a C-Arm.

• Provides Radiology technician services in an interventional and procedural outpatient clinic environment.
• Provides correct procedural/technical skill.
• Provides great customer service and excellent communication.
• Seeks to continue professional development.
• Enters information into Radiology Information System.
• Process Computed Radiography System and reviews images in the PACS system.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
