Reporting to the Sales Department, you will join the Socomec Group as an International Key Account Manager (IKAM).

You will act as a link between your client and all of the group’s entities: Commercial Subsidiaries, Business Units (Marketing & Engineering), Industrial Services (Supply Chain, Manufacturing) and Legal.

Your responsibilities as IKAM are as follows:
Define the offer strategy of several strategic key accounts in the domain of Data Center / Telecom.

Help with your vision to define the commercial approach and the technical developments needed.

Become known and recognized as a key access point with targeted customers.

Boost international turnover via a business development approach.

Coordinate internal stakeholders for all actions related to the monitored accounts

Bid for global tenders and participate in creating quotes with the Group’s various commercial entities, relying on our sales force

Negotiate framework agreements with the support of our legal teams and insure their deployment.

Insure the animation of partners and develop the business in coordination with local sales managers.

Promote and organize the launches of new offers (commercial terms and conditions, pricing, sales support tools, stock, access to markets, training program, etc.).

Anticipate customer needs and market developments.

Time required for international travels: 25-30%.

Profil requis

Required bac+5 in electrical or energy engineering or a business school, with at least 5 years of experience in Business Development or Key Account Management functions in an international environment combining both your technical and commercial skills (BtoB). Your knowledge of the domain will help you formalize a robust strategic vision.

The mastering of electrotechnical environment in the field of Data Centers or IT is not a must but will help in maximizing your success rate.

Experience in communicating in English and know how to adapt to people from different cultures and levels of responsibility.

Determined and proactive, you are recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills and your ability to federate people.
