As we grow, we need to ensure that Hippo continues running smoothly and that our remote team has all of the resources they need to create inspiring medical education. That’s where you come in! Our organized and numbers-savvy Internal Operations Coordinator keeps our studio running smoothly and tracks our accounts receivable and accounts payable. In this role you will assist the head of Internal Operations in day to day tasks to manage our internal functions and generate expense reports for our teams. In addition to these tasks the 5-person Internal Ops team works together to keep our company culture strong with regular virtual and in-person games, events, and discussions. Enthusiasm, Excel proficiency, and a keen attention to detail will be crucial to your success.
