Internal Communications Manager

Saïd Business School’s Central Marketing and Communications team’s remit is to build the reputation of the School and provide expertise, tools and support to a number of internal teams. We are seeking an Internal Communications Manager reporting to the Head of Communications to help us deliver this vision and improved customer experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to play a crucial role in helping build an informed, engaged and motivated community, across our School’s faculty, professional services teams and students.
With ownership of all the internal channels at the School, you will be responsible for ensuring we are telling stories that represent the breadth of our diverse community.
To be considered for this role you will need to have extensive internal communications experience and be experienced in developing compelling communications strategies, plans and content based on research, insight and evidence.
You will need to be able to work independently in a complex environment, taking initiative when necessary and prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.
We would expect you to be proficient in working with a range of computer-based and online applications, including website content management systems.
