Position Details
General Statement | The Office of Audit Services’ (OAS) mission is to provide assurance and advisory services that are independent, objective and risk-based in order to protect Montana State University and to improve its operations. The Internal Auditor performs financial, operational and compliance audits, in conjunction with other auditors or independently, in accordance with internal auditing standards. This position also performs investigative and advisory services under the direction of a supervisor. |

Position Special Requirements/Additional Information | This position is located at MSU-Bozeman, however, some travel (including overnight) to other campuses and related entities, meetings, conferences, or other activities is required. Must possess a valid driver’s license (or be able to attain one within the first six months), an acceptable driving record and meet all State of Montana requirements to operate State/University vehicles. Please do not send a copy of the driver’s license at this time. (If successful candidate possesses a valid out-of-state driver’s license, a valid Montana driver’s license must be obtained prior to travel.)
