Intern – Marketing – Mississauga, Canada – Summer 2024
Are you interested in an Internship opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) and/or graduate (MS) degree to participate in paid intern opportunities at our site in Canada. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company.
Your role:
Competitive, market and business analytics for hospital patient monitoring in China and other selective markets
Support the review of competitive positioning of Phillips against Chinese companies
Support the review of channel strategies that these companies have in mainland China, Latin America, southern Europe and Southeast Asia
Support the financial modeling and scenario planning based on portfolio and channel choices that Phillips can make
Support the development of specific customer insights from large university hospitals in mainland China to illustrate the activities that competitors in mainland China have
Analyze and compare the positioning of other multinational Patient Monitoring companies in mainland China against Phillips and how other companies are attempting to benefit from market developments in mainland China against the local competition

Additional Information
Pay Transparency
The pay range for this position is $28,000- $52,000. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, DC Pension, Flex Dollars (for HSA/PSA/RRSP), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Mississauga.
