Job Description:

Duration/Hours

June 2, 2025 – August 8, 2025

Pay rate is $25/hour

Full-time; 37.5 hours per week

ABA’s Internship provides students with a paid opportunity to work with one of the biggest trade associations in Washington, DC. This extremely selective opportunity provides students with the opportunity to do substantial work in various divisions across ABA, connect with leadership, build a network, and make a difference.

ABA Summer Internships are hybrid with at least 2 days a week in our DC office.

Please note: Internship positions are not eligible for healthcare insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze banking industry data to provide insights on industry trends and issues.

• Track economic and market indicators and provide analysis.

• Generate data visualizations through platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Demonstrated interest in bank issues and policies

Minimum Education Requirements

• Junior/Senior standing with a major in Economics, Finance or Data Science

• Minimum 3.0 GPA

Salary Band Range:

$15.00 – $37.50 – $60.00
