About the role

At Tietoevry Care’s Data & AI unit we are reshaping healthcare and social care services by providing our customers with data- driven solutions and cloud data platforms. Our Data & AI team consists of high-end professionals working in data science, data engineering, data modeling, data advisory, cloud solutions, security and software development. As an Integrations and Operations Architect, you will take charge of planning and developing the data integration architecture and monitoring tools for the Lifecare Data Platform. Your role will involve close collaboration with product management, the lead architect, and development teams to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.

In this role you will

• Design and develop the data integration architecture for the Lifecare Data Platform
• Implement and oversee monitoring tools to ensure the platform’s operational resilience
• Collaborate closely with product management, lead architect, and development teams to align architectural plans with business goals
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive the vision and development processes
• Lead and mentor development teams, fostering a forward-looking attitude and innovative approach

We are looking for someone with

• Strong background in data engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure cloud services, with specific experience in ADLS, ADF, ADO, Defender, etc.
• Hands-on experience in Databricks
• Proficient in working with Terraform
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Scala and Python
• Ability to create a visionary roadmap and navigate the team towards achieving it
• Strong technical acumen with an emphasis on practical application
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members
• A proactive, forward-thinking attitude to foresee and address potential challenges.
• Fluency in English, knowledge of Finnish is a plus but not mandatory

In addition to strategic planning and guidance, this role involves hands-on development tasks requiring familiarity and comfort with the above-mentioned technologies.
