What you will enjoy doing

Support local process owners in implementing new management tools, standards, and executing improvement projects
Prepare and secure correct policies and procedures to enable staff performance
Lead small and medium projects related to the Integrated Management System (IMS)
Conduct business process management training, moderation, and process mapping to ensure efficient and effective operations
Create, review, select, and implement Good Practices and regional standard IMS documentation, including preparation and moderation of IMS audits

What makes you great

Proven experience in applying Integrated Management Systems requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001- a lead Auditor certification is a plus
Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve excellence
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to manage customer relations effectively
Fluency in English is essential
Willingness to travel approximately ~40% of your working time
