• Support local process owners in implementing new management tools, standards, and executing improvement projects
• Prepare and secure correct policies and procedures to enable staff performance
• Lead small and medium projects related to the Integrated Management System (IMS)
• Conduct business process management training, moderation, and process mapping to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Create, review, select, and implement Good Practices and regional standard IMS documentation, including preparation and moderation of IMS audits

WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

• Proven experience in applying Integrated Management Systems requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001- a lead Auditor certification is a plus
• Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve excellence
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to manage customer relations effectively
• Fluency in English is essential
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% of your working time
