It is in the applicant’s best interest to submit materials as soon as possible.OIC CAREER OPPORTUNITYThe Office of the Insurance Commissioner’s (OIC) Intake Unit is seeking a motivated and qualified individual to fill an Intake Analyst (Functional Program Analyst 3) position. This position is assigned to the Legal Affairs Division, located in our Tumwater office.This position supports the mission of the agency by applying knowledge of industry practices, products, and operations. This individual will examine and evaluate the conduct of insurance producers, unauthorized insurers, pharmacy benefit managers, and other regulated entities when complaints of alleged fraud or misconduct are received by the unit.The Intake Analyst must independently gather evidence, conduct subject matter research, maintain case continuity through meticulous record keeping, analyze complaints for predication of insurance code violations, and make evidence supported recommendations on when further investigation is warranted.What are we looking for?
