MAKE YOUR MARKInsurance Management Expert (f/m/d)How You’ll Make Your MarkYour main tasks in this role are:

• In this role you will coordinate and manage the global insurance program, liaise with national and international teams to ensure the program meets the needs of the ALDI SÜD Group
• You’ll consolidate and analyze risk and claims history to calculate total cost of risk and deduct quantified requirements for global insurance coverage
• Your responsibilities include aligning with other expert functions on uninsured risks on a regular basis to evaluate additional insurance solutions
• In addition, you”ll consult and support business functions in daily operations (e.g. supplier framework agreements regarding insurance coverage)
• You”ll devise minimum insurance related requirements (e.g. risk engineering standards) and respective internal policies
• You are excited to communicate with an external insurance broker and assist with the annual insurance renewal
• You”ll analyze & support the introduction of a Risk & Insurance Management Software Solution
• You are motivated by the task of organizing, coordinating and conducting international workshops
• Providing support for the global enterprise risk management system as well as identifying and maintaining relevant interfaces with insurance management complete you field of responsibility

Your ProfileThe requirements of the role include:

• You have an academic degree in Business/Finance or an apprenticeship in the insurance sector
• As an Insurance Management Expert you have at least 3 years of experience in an insurance management related function (e.g. Broker, Inhouse Broker, Reinsurance, Underwriter, Sales), previous experience working in the field of risk management would be beneficial
• You have got an analytical way of thinking and the distinct ability to work on complex issues independently
• Structured, quality-oriented and independent way of working with a high level of accuracy is a matter of course for you
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration abilities set you apart
• You are fluent in the English language, German would be beneficial
