At Disney, you’ll help inspire that magic by enabling our teams to push the limits of entertainment and create the never-before-seen!The Operations Training team supports the Operations at Walt Disney World Resort by using our expertise to provide strategic and innovative learning solutions to prepare, develop, and enable our Cast to deliver incredible experiences for our Guests. Our objective is to ensure our Cast members earn their ears to be successful in their operational roles and inspire the beginning of their Disney journey.The Instructional Design Project Manager will create and develop core training and specialized program content for all lines of business. They will use critical thinking and problem-solving to build effective training materials, activities, and relevant learning solutions to ensure learning content is retained and relevant.This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the learning journey of our Cast members.This position will report to the Manager of Instructional Design.What You Will Do
