In this hybrid Inside Sales Specialist you will work together with our dedicated Electrical Fastening Solutions Sales team (CADDY, ERICO, ERIFLEX & LENTON) , responsible for Middle East. At local level, you will have two peers, part of the same team in function .

Your main objectives will be achieving sales goals and maintaining relationships with relevant influencers within the existing accounts. You will collaborate cross-functionally with our Customer Care & Engineering teams, as well as externally with both End-Users and Channel partners. The role involves <10% travel.

  • Actively support the demand creation and selling process by coordinating cold-calling campaigns to develop new opportunities, following up on open leads, opportunities and quotes

  • Track sales progress through accurate forecast and sales funnel management of opportunities in CRM tool

  • Establish a map of buyers/influencers at assigned accounts to identify cross-selling opportunities for account penetration

  • Become a Super user of to supervise sales activities in their assigned territory, set up new accounts and contacts, and assign tasks to the appropriate field salesperson

  • Support targeted marketing actions, campaigns, and external events

  • Conduct predictive analysis to avoid customer leakage

  • Ensure effective relationships between end users and channel partners in providing business leads and recommend selling prices within the supervision of Pricing & Product Management teams

  • Help to manage the claims resolution process and RMA’s

  • Assist with analyzing competitors, market positioning, and benchmarking of products

  • You are a key team member in collecting ideas for new product developments from Voice of Customers!


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Related Field is preferred

  • Ideally 3+ years experience in Customer Service or another Inside Sales role

  • Experience within electrical or technical market represents an advantage

  • Upbeat, highly-motivated personality and a standout colleague, able to easily form relationships

  • Excellent skills in communicating confidently with both technically trained and non-technical customers

  • High level of organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to be self-motivated, self-directed and self-managed

  • Demonstrated perseverance in converting leads into sales

  • Knowledge of English, Arabic & Dutch languages is a must.
