Inside Sales Representative in Langley, British Columbia

TEKsystems client in Langley is looking to add a contract inside sales rep to their team. This role can transition to perm based on performance. The role is best suited to someone who can initially commit to 2-3 days in office. Remote work can be earned once training is complete.

Duties:

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the Inside Sales team by gathering and organizing information, and documents to be added to larger RFQs an RFI’s

• Communicate with cross-department subject matter experts for compliant input for submissions

• Create and distribute quotes and proposals to customers and the sales team

• Analyze, organize, and acknowledge proposals assigned to provide required documents to produce professional, accurately priced offers in line with the customer’s deadline

• Maintain organized and accurate filing systems and databases for each project, and ongoing collection of data, rules, and company-compliant documents

• Create proposal templates that incorporate accurate technical and commercial details in a reader-friendly format

Secondary Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development, documentation, and evolution of the Inside Sales Team’s SOPs
