Information Technology Manager in Providence, Rhode Island

Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for a fully remote Information Technology Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Information Technology Department

• Implements and maintains policies and goals that support the organization’s IT needs.

• Ensures proper functioning of the information processing system and oversees necessary upgrades.

• Helps business operations groups utilize information systems to improve their efficiency.

• Ensures computer equipment, hardware, and software are updated to meet organizational needs.

• Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Performs a variety of tasks as needed.

• Leads and directs the work of others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s with 5+ years of experience in the field (or commensurate experience).

• Clearance Required: Ability to maintain a public trust clearance

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Posted Salary Range

USD $94,150.00 – USD $150,650.00 /Yr.
