Brief description of the role below:

ProAmpac is seeking an Information Technology Analyst that can serve as a general or secondary point of contact to users for a variety of issues associated with computer hardware, software, and telecommunication. Some job responsibilities will include answer and triage incoming calls to the service desk, document, track and monitor progress of incidents to ensure timely resolution, work effectively and collaboratively with users, coworkers and other functional groups. Provide efficient incident resolution and outstanding customer service. Ensure outstanding end-user support including ongoing monitoring of service level agreements for incident management and collaboration.

Qualifications, Education and Experience:

  • Associates Degree in Information Technologies, or equivalent combination of experience, relevant IT certifications and/or credentials

  • 2-4 Years experience in a service desk role, service desk experience in a manufacturing facility a plus.

  • Ability to read, interpret, follow and effectively respond to written and verbal inquiries/requests

  • Ability to build effective collaborative relationships

  • Work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Teams, and Outlook. Experience with remote software, service ticketing software and label printing software a plus

  • Travel is not required, however opportunities for travel will be available.
