Industry Data Coordinator

Your role

The Industry Data Coordinator will collect and input data of industry contacts into CRM platforms, i.e. Salesforce, Sharepoint, within Careers, Alumni and Industry Relations department. His/ Her responsibilities include gathering data from different teams, entering data in database, maintaining accurate records of industry accounts/ contacts, updating and keeping the data clean and tidy, generating reports upon requests. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills with the ability to input data effectively and efficiently and with a keen eye for attention to detail along with familiarity of digital platforms and internet search; this incumbent will have an analytical mind to perform basic analyses. The position may also assist the Careers, Alumni & Industry Relations with data-related activities in Saigon South or Hanoi campus as and when required.

Key selection criteria

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• At least one year of data entry related work experience; possibly as a data entry clerk or entry level IT database position.

• Experience with MS Office, specifically Excel (intermediate level or above)

• Ability to respond quickly to given tasks, with clear communication.

• Ability to work on various project and deliver to multiple deadlines.

• Previous experience working with and analysing large data spreadsheets is desirable.

English Proficiency:

• The minimum requirement is IELTS Academic 5.5 or 150 in Linguaskills.
