Responsibilities:

*Complete maintenance work orders as assigned and promptly.

*Identify and perform basic service and repair on pump fixtures, Pneumatic equipment and mixers.

*Identify and assist with pump/ machine parts repair work and maintenance.

*Operate a variety of machinery, equipment, and tools including Multimeters, saws, routers, drills, sanders, planers, drill presses, and different hand tools.

*Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment; recommend tools, supplies, and equipment for purchase.

*Coordinate with suppliers and external contractors and organize outsourced maintenance work.

*Basic ability to interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, or oral instruction on a variety of structures related to the Pneumatic Pumps and machinery.

*Install or replace plugs, switches, and outlets.

*Help move loading, unloading bulk sealants and coatings into equipment for production process , and equipment.

*Wear proper protective equipment while performing job responsibilities (i.e., goggles, helmet, back brace, knee pads).

*Ensure that all activities are conducted within the established company policies, FERPA guidelines, and other applicable laws about employment

*Perform assigned tasks according to established practices, procedures, techniques, and standards in a safe manner independently.

*Report to Production Supervisor

Requirements:

*High school/GED or college Diploma

• years related maintenance work experience.

*A comparable amount of training, education or experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.

*Respond to 24-hour emergency calls

*Adjust hours including weekend hours and maybe required occasional overtime.

*Knowledge of proper safety techniques and procedures while using chemicals, power tools, hand tools, and equipment; knowledge of proper lifting techniques

*Operate heavy equipment
