Our Information Technology Security team assists PwC in designing and creating sustainable security solutions to provide foundational capabilities and operational discipline through a focus on enterprise requirements and prioritisation, Information Technology security architecture, and the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Manage mobile (iOS/Android) app requests using ServiceNow, liaise with internal application owners and ensuring adherence to global standards.

• Testing apps published to dev/stage/production internal MDM environments such as Microsoft Intune and Workspace ONE as well as public environments like Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

• Following global release/change management processes to oversee the end-to-end delivery of mobile applications to the business and report on their successful deployment.

• Collaborate with vendors, application owners, developers, and other internal teams to understand and troubleshoot app related issues.

• Create and maintain documentation for app processes, procedures, and best practices.

• Oversee app lifecycle tasks including certificate renewal, Target SDK/API updates, and provisioning profile updates. Additionally, ensuring the successful retirement of app

Mandatory skill sets:

• MDM Experience – VMWare Workspace ONE or/and Microsoft Intune
• Familiar with Apple Business Manager, Google Managed Play Store and similar publication solutions
• macOS Scripting (desirable)
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Self-organized – can organize their time without being micromanaged
• Proven track record of resolving problems and designing/analyzing technical solutions
• Experience of designing solutions to technical problems and adding business value, rather than just administrating technology.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
