Job Description & Summary

A career in Infrastructure and Property, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to be a part of developing and managing the PwC operational infrastructure that allows us to support our people and our clients. We focus on all aspects of internal infrastructure services from real estate site selection, facilities management, and physical security to managing relationships with Firm travel partners and event planning.

Our Facilities Management team is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a planned facility management programme that enables all aspects of PwC office space to be maintained at a standard that adheres with current local, state, and federal regulations. You’ll help provide a safe, clean and functional environment by ensuring the quality of mechanical operating systems, interior structures, assets, and life safety systems for all staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Cleaning and Preparation: This involves filtering the data, handling missing values, and preparing the dataset for analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Data Exploration and Analysis: Use statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyze data, identifying patterns, relationships, and trends. 3. Data Visualization: They create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, Power BI and dashboards to make the data understandable.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the insights and findings from the data to stakeholders, which can influence policy and decision-making processes.
  • Collaboration: They often work with other departments to understand their data needs and help them make informed decisions based on data insights.

Gather data from various sources ( different teams / locations) , including databases and third-party sources and ensure the upkeep of databases and data systems.

Coordinate with management to align business and informational priorities

Collaborate with the management team to determine and rank the needs of different business units

  • Data Quality and Integrity – Ensure that data is accurate, consistent, and reliable throughout its lifecycle, which is critical for making valid and trustworthy decisions
  • Developing and Supporting Reporting Processes – Create and maintain processes to generate accurate and timely reports that help stakeholders understand and act on key data insights

Identify opportunities for process enhancements

Engage with BS Leaders ( vertical leaders & regional leaders) to specify data requirements for analysis projects tailored to their unique business processes

  • Interpret Data

Detect, examine, and decode trends or patterns within intricate datasets

Employ statistical techniques to scrutinize data and produce actionable business insights

Data to help extract meaningful insights and trends, which can then inform business decisions and strategies

Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments

  • Maintaining Databases

You will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing and updating various BS databases to ensure they are secure, accessible, and functioning properly. Your role is crucial in supporting ongoing data storage and retrieval needs.

Mandatory skill sets:

Data cleaning, data extraction, data interpretation, data visualization

Preferred skill sets:

Data Management, MS Office

Years of experience required:

6+ years

Education qualification:

BBA, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, PGDM
