Prep Academy Tutors is a private in-home tutoring company. We deliver flexible and personalized tutoring programs to our students. We specialize in all subject areas and cater to students from age four to twenty. We hire only the best – certified teachers, or those in the process of completing their degree in Education and pay much higher wages than the industry average.

We’re looking for an elementary school tutor/teacher who brings both passion and expertise to our team, dedicated to providing academic support aligned with the Manitoba curriculum.

Job Summary

• Provide academic support to students based on expertise and knowledge based on the Manitoba curriculum.

• Provide supplemental assignments to students to help promote greater understanding of material.

• Provide remedial and enrichment support for students.

• Communicate with parents or guardians to discuss student progress.

A qualified applicant will meet at least one of the following criteria:

• You hold a registration in good standing with the Manitoba Teacher’s Society

• You are qualified to teach in a Canadian Province/Territory outside of Manitoba

• You are qualified to teach in the United States

• You are a current teacher candidate; pursuing a bachelor of education

• You have experience as a lecturer/course instructor at an accredited Canadian University or College
