We promise: you are in for a special ride!The location of the role is in: ViennaAbout the jobAs an Idea-to-Market (I2M) Process Professional, you will be a member of the Global R&D Process team and play an important role in driving the process and maximizing the market impact of the R&D developments. You will be in close contact with the global R&D process owners and different stakeholders of the related business areas (R&D, Product Portfolio, Technical Marketing, Recycling, etc.), including the area leaders, as well as with several regions (with a focus on Europe, China and India). Your ability to see the big picture and quickly gain a holistic view of our business, together with your eagerness to learn and networking skills, will be key success drivers for this role.In addition, your tasks will include:

• Contributing to continuous improvement of the I2M process, such as product launch effectiveness, sales benefit delivery, and engagement of the sales team
• Preparing project portfolio overviews and analysis of KPI reports
• Gap identification and problem solving for certain projects, as well as bringing stakeholders together to take decisions, ensure relevance and progress

• Academic degree in either Engineering, Business Administration or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong analytical skills

Languages

• English – Proficient/Fluent
• German or any other language will be considered an asset

Work Experience

• A couple of years of working experience, ideally in an international corporate environment

The annual gross salary for this position will start from EUR 58 000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that’s in line with market values.
