Job Description

• Support with the architecture, design and implementation of the used IAM solution
• Connecting application systems, directory services and cloud services to the IAM tool landscape
• Participation in conceptual workshops for the further development of the IAM
• Technical contact person within the company for the topic of IAM
• Maintenance and expansion of the IAM systems, including corresponding documentation

Qualifications

• Possess a security-first mindset and adeptly navigate complex software architectures
• Demonstrate deep knowledge and experience in identity and access management (IAM) areas such as authentication, authorization, etc
• Understand industry-standard security concepts and protocols like SAML, SCIM, OAuth, OIDC, and RBAC
• Familiarity with information security frameworks, standards, and policies
• Extensive experience developing high-quality software in modern programming languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.)
• Experience with third-party IDP integrations
• Proficiency with IAM solutions (e.g., Auth0, KeyCloak, Okta, Omada)
• Show a keen interest in security topics
• Exhibit a passion for continuous improvement, technical and operational excellence
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German proficiency is a plus.
