IAM Business Analyst

We are looking to hire an IAM Business Analyst on a 3 month Fixed Term Contract to work with the business and technical stakeholders to clearly document the roles, permissions and access for all critical systems and applications in scope. The role will involve creating templated documentation that can be recorded, maintained and understood by all stakeholders which enables mapping to IAM tools and processes.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the Security team with the implementation and running of a best practice IAM function. This will deliver continual improvements in support of Security, Audit and Risk management. As part of the Information Security team, a focus will be on the development of policies, standards procedures and processes to demonstrate the implementation, running, monitoring and reporting on security.
• Support IT Compliance Manager in any related tasks to facilitate meeting the requirements of audit and compliance

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential

• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management
• Experienced Business Analyst working with diverse stakeholders in multiple departments and countries
• Knowledge of Information Security industry standard (ISO27001) documentation (framework, processes, procedures, policy etc) in compliance with standards, specifically BAIT.
• Experience writing and producing effective documentation, processes, templates and standards
• Enjoys problem solving, able to use initiative and apply a pragmatic approach when dealing with security issues
• Able to work with Technical Security experts and Business stakeholders equally

Desirable

• Experience or knowledge of BAIT standards
• German language proficiency
