Position Summary
The Shared Business Services Hub provides human resources, payroll and financial transaction processing support to many administrative and academic units on the Danforth Campus. This position serves as the Human Resources/Payroll Support Specialist to an assigned portfolio of units, processing human resources transactions and payroll cycle monitoring. This position is a subject matter expert, functioning as a primary source of information for departments regarding employee and non-employee appointments and Workday processes and procedures. This position also assists with reporting and analysis of human resources and payroll data.

As conditions dictate, normal office environment at the North Campus location in a hybrid schedule that includes days working from home, 37.5 hours per week.

Salary Range
$22.25 – $34.45 / Hourly
The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one’s qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
