AISV is seeking a dynamic Human Resources (Junior) Specialist to support our HR Manager with various tasks throughout the employee lifecycle and to independently manage HR projects.Ihre Aufgaben

• HR Support, Administration & Compliance
• Recruitment Support
• Benefits Administration
• Onboarding (including expatriate hires)/Offboarding
• Record Keeping and HRIS
• HR Statistics

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
• Years of proven work experience in the HR field, preferably in an international setting
• Familiarity with handling the full employee lifecycle
• Solid understanding of labor legislation
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong command of written and spoken English and German
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; hands-on experience with HR Information Systems; knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors preferred
• Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
• Personable and comfortable working with a diverse group of employees

Salary:

• The monthly full-time gross salary range for this position will be 3170 Euro to 3566 Euro depending on qualifications and relevant experience.

The successful candidate will be subject to confirmation of the Austrian background check. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure they are legally able to work in Austria. AIS Vienna is not able to assist with any residence/work permits.We are seeking someone available to start as soon as possible
