Reporting to the US Head of HR, you will contribute to the HR operations for both our dermo-cosmetics and pharmaceutical divisions.This multifaceted role involves handling HR analytics and compensation and benefits programs, managing HR administration and information systems to ensure compliance with employment laws, and fostering employee development. This position requires strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of HR best practices and regulations. Your expertise will also be essential in promoting a positive, caring, and productive workplace culture, in line with Pierre Fabre values.Essential Functions:HR Planning and Analysis
