We are presently looking for a Human Resources Coordinator, Classification and Organizational Design to support our Human Resources Branch. The selected candidate would be someone who shares our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect and Creativity.
The Human Resources Coordinator, Classification and Organizational Design, is responsible for delivering and coordinating classification/job-evaluation services for the NRC. Working as part of a team of organizational design and classification advisors, the successful candidate will receive, review and record classification requests and prepare documentation to support the evaluation of jobs. The successful candidate will respond to inquiries, enter data into the various systems, collect statistics and produce reports.

Relocation
Relocation assistance will be determined in accordance with the NRC’s directives.
Compensation
From $51,653 to $65,684 per annum.
In addition, the incumbent will receive the Bilingualism Bonus of $800 per year.
