| Job Summary | The HR Coordinator will work closely with the HR Business Partners in the daily operations of an HR function within the UWM Shared Services Center (SSC). This role requires a strong attention to detail to ensure data integrity and accuracy of information for reporting, payroll, or benefits. The incumbent will be the primary point person for appointment/data entry (HRS), recruitment support in our AIMS system, or student employment as defined at time of hire. This role will be a point of contact for employees within the campus, schools/colleges or divisions identified as clients on a variety of topics and issues as well as the first point of contact in onboarding a new employee. The incumbent will have a basic understanding of Human Resources rules, statutes, laws, guidelines, and policies. These positions are expected to communicate and work closely with Central HR, SSC, or other Campus HR staff in a collaborative and professional manner. |
