We can’t wait to meet you!As a Human Resources Assistant, you will report to the Human Resource Manager and provide support in functional areas of a human resources department. This may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluations, benefits administration, organization development and training. You will have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Maintains all employee and applicant documentation as dictated by governing agencies.
• Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students and temporary employees.
• Maintains human resources information system records and compiles reports from the database.
• General human resource administrative/clerical duties as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Education:

• College degree preferred.
• Experience:

• 2 or more years of experience in related field.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and the public and be capable of establishing good working relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Must be proficient in computer skills and telephone etiquette.
