Act as a data governor for employee master data and oversee the day-to-day operation of the HR Information Systems Collaborate with IT and local HR teams to implement system upgrades
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure continuous operation
Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with policies and regulations
Manage user access permissions, security settings, and data encryption protocols to safeguard sensitive information
Increase data awareness across the HR organization
Act and behave as a driver for digitalization and support digital transformation wherever possible
Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and efficiency through configuration and customization
Collaborate with IT and software vendors to implement system upgrades and new features
Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials to support HRIS usage across the organization
Partner with HR stakeholders to streamline processes and workflows through automation and system optimization
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance HRIS usability, efficiency, and effectiveness
Provide technical support and training to local HR and end-users on HRIS functionality, features, and best practices
Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance user proficiency and adoption
Serve as a subject matter expert on HRIS-related inquiries and escalations
Requirements
minimum 3 years of relevant experience within HR and HRIS
bachelor/master degree in HR or other equevalent
experience with HR Information Systems
excellent knowledge in MS Excel (Power Query, Pivot, Tables, VLOOKUP, ..)
experience using data to identify insights that drive action

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 70.000,- gross per year based on full-time employment. However, our salaries are market oriented and in line with your qualifications and experience.
