  • You support large-scale, cross-functional national project rollouts in HR from initiation to close and manage scope, develop timelines and identify /mitigate risks.
  • You understand the overarching company strategy, while communicating and modeling the core values of the organization to create a sense of teamwork and membership among employees.
  • You cultivate strong and positive working relationships with stakeholders to support successful implementation, adoption, and integration of strategic plans.
  • You consult with the business to effectively design and streamline applicable processes within the organization.
  • You create appropriate documentation and effectively communicate status and potential organizational changes that may result out of a project’s scope.
  • You manage project issues and risks, and reviews the associated impact to project scope, timelines, and resources.
  • You manage projects from their assignment and conception to their implementation, documents its deadlines, and prepares status reports to inform the project team and their leader.

Your strengths and qualifications:

  • You have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
  • You possess excellent communication skills
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You are proficient in creating project documentation and status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • You are proactive and able to identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Your ability to align project goals with the company’s overall strategy makes you a valuable asset to the team.
