- As HR Payroll Administration Specialist (m/f/d) you prepare and control the international payroll accounting (e.g. for Austria, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States).
- Together with the respective tax advisor you ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations, and stay updated on any changes.
- You support the preparation and filing of international payroll tax returns and required government reports.
- You provide documentation and support for payroll audits and generate HR reports and KPIs to aid decision-making.
- You update and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, ensuring confidentiality and conducting regular audits.
- You oversee the time and attendance system to ensure accurate tracking of employee hours worked, and absences.
- You address and resolve employee inquiries and issues related to payroll and labour law and communicate with official offices if needed.
- You manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, terminations, and deductions.
- You assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, including the preparation of working contracts, registration/ deregistration and update in the HRIS system.
- You work closely with the HR business partners and international stakeholders to implement and optimize processes and ensure an accurate data management and filing system.
Your strengths and qualifications:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- You have 4+ years of experience in payroll and HR administration – proficiency in payroll software such as ADP is a plus.
- You are a good communicator, you enjoy working with people and you are a team player.
- You are very well known for your high level of accuracy and integrity in handling sensitive information and familiarity with common HRIS systems.
- You show strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- You can convince with strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to adapt to changing regulations and work environments.
- You are characterized by your reliable and proactive work style, while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining high ethical standards.
- You are fluent in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills – any additional language is a plus

The minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR 50.000 gross per year.
