To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for an:HR & ESG Controller (f/m/d)1190 Wien VollzeitAbout the Role: In this position you will manage and otpimize headcount and full-time equivalent (FTE) planning and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial objectives. This role bridges the gap between HR processes and financial planning, focusing on the impact of HR activities on the company’s P&L and key financial KPIs.What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

  • Develop, monitor, and report on headcount and FTE plans in alignment with HR, ensuring organizational goals and budget compliance.
  • Analyze variances between planned and actual headcount and FTE.
  • Maintain accurate headcount and FTE records and deliver regular reports on labor costs and other key HR metrics impacting financial performance.
  • Support financial planning processes with HR-related data and insights.
  • Assess the financial impact of HR processes on P&L and contribute to cost control and efficiency improvements.
  • Track and analyze HR-related KPIs, such as personnel costs, headcount, and FTE costs.
  • Collaborate with HR and Sustainability teams to integrate ESG financial factors into workforce planning and reporting.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR and Finance, ensuring effective communication, data sharing, and timely insights for senior management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and support system implementations for enhanced data accuracy.

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • Completed studies in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or 3-5 years of experience in HR controlling, financial controlling, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with headcount and FTE planning, HR analytics, and P&L management.
  • Experience in an international or matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of HR processes and their impact on financial performance.
  • Experience in ESG reporting and workforce sustainability is preferred.
