The Talent Analytics team’s mission is to empower a data driven approach to HR and people decisions regarding our global workforce. We are uniquely positioned to provide unbiased insights to unlock value and drive outcomes and to
enable and influence HR and business strategy. The Talent Analytics team
Integrates into the business as strategic HR analytics partners and anticipates and uncovers stated or unstated needs.

Listens and empowers team member and external stakeholder voice.

Uses our analytics expertise to test, measure, analyze, understand and answer various business questions.

Provide reporting to help inform on the current state of the business and help facilitate process at scale.

Connects our understanding across business and HR to deliver data driven products and solutions.

Provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
 

About the role:
HR Data Operations Analysts will enable the work across the entire team. They will help scale data products by producing data products on regular routines. They would also provide data, reporting, metrics and business insights in formats that would be consumable by HR CoEs and business leaders to support ad-hoc requests. They will use critical thinking skills to ensure end users have the insight needed to make critical business decisions while at the same time having a keen eye on scalability. 

  • Actively exploring data from People Analytics & Insights products for specific use cases provided by the business. Utilize problem-solving skills to help answer customer questions and support their objectives.
  • Deliver run state products to business partners on agreed cadence.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and applying them to products.In partnership with the Product Owners, People Analytics & Insights business partners and analysts document operational process steps to create operations manual.
  • Identifying new data product and working with Product Owners and People Analytics & Insights Business Partners to deliver new solutions.
  • Provide operational support for People Analytics & Insights team in data extraction, data transformation and data governance.
  • Using written and visualization best practices to prepare deliverables in a consumable and relevant way.
  • Build strong partnership and work with rest of the People Analytics & Insights team to understand products and data governance processes.
  • Be expert in the HR Processes and concepts, understand impact of analysis.

About You:

  • 3 or 4 years of college degree
  • 3 to 4 years of experience as reporting/operations analyst.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports.
  • Strong knowledge SQL and Microsoft Excel to be able to query data as required and create analytical flowcharts.
  • Must have eye for automation to reduce BAU reports to simpler and faster workflows.
  • Have hands on experience with data visualization products.
  • Basic understanding of database terminologies and programming languages(i.e Python).
  • Stays current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed learnings.
