Fixed term, full-time opportunity available for 6 months

This is a multi-faceted role, that provides the development and delivery of business processes aligned with the goals and objectives of a HR Services Process Management Framework.

The HR Business Process Analyst will be responsible for the analysis, development and mapping of processes, relevant work instructions and reference guides to support effective and efficient service delivery. The role will also be responsible for undertaking business and process analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and integration.

The successful candidate will also be required to run training sessions on  updated processes, consult with key stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and resolve any issues that may arise.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in Business Process Modelling and Business Process Improvement.
  • Strong business analytical skills with the ability to extensively analyse business processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in applying project management methodologies and coordinating schedules of work.
  • Excellent interpersonal/negotiation skills enabling effective interaction with stakeholders and experience in leading/facilitating process improvement workshops.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
