• Shape the Future of HR: Be at the forefront of aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring a seamless connection between people and performance

Your Profile

• Degree in business administration/HR or similar field
• Proven HR expertise with generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of Austrian employment law
• Experience in leading change initiatives and talent management
• Interest in new work models and employment trends
• IT literate with experience in HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
• Details: We’re looking for motivated, self-driven individuals ready to handle complex tasks. If you’re enthusiastic about learning, innovation, and high-energy environments, you’re the right fit for us!
• Fluent in english; German is an advantage

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 3.945,86 per month based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week).
