Glasgow Hospital Cleaning Bank Contract Part time Day shifts & Weekend – Flexibility and availability are essential

£13.10 per hour

As a Housekeeping Assistant at our Glasgow Hospitals, we’ll expect you to organise your work and plan your time to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will come in handy when you’re interacting with colleagues and customers.

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will:

Knowledge of IPC and associated best practices

Healthcare experience is preferred but not essential

Demonstrate a working knowledge is COSHH

Clean and prepare a range of areas at our hospital both clinical and non-clinical

Hold a current PVG status

Care about our customers and our working environment

Take pride in your work

Have a Flexible approach to shift working

Be proficient in the use of power cleaning equipment

Work well under pressure as an individual or within a team environment
