Higher Degree Research (HDR) Industry Engagement Consultant

The Higher Degree Research (HDR) Industry Engagement Manager will provide central coordination and dedicated support for HDR internship opportunities, and other HDR Work Integrated Learning (WIL) at ANU.  They will work across all areas of the University providing support to candidates, academic and professional staff covering all aspects of industry engagement for HDR candidates as part of the implementation of the ANU PhD Strategy.  

This is a challenging and rewarding role, which will provide strategic coordination for the institution, under the broad direction of the Executive Officer to the Dean, HDR.

Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Consultant

Working under the broad direction of the Manager, ANU Careers, the WIL Consultant will liaise with academic colleagues in the Colleges, Career Centre colleagues, student groups and with external agencies. They will apply an in-depth understanding of WIL career education in the higher education sector and the student employment market to inform the development, implementation, and evaluation of WIL processes and support activities in line with the strategic objectives of the University, the PVC Education and Digital Portfolio and the ANU Careers team.
