Help to Grow Programme Manager (full-time, fixed term for 24 months)

Ref: ALC1289

£35,333 to £42,155 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and talented Programme Manager to oversee the successful delivery of the Help to Grow Scheme .  Working alongside the Norwich Business School (NBS) academic delivery team and with support from a Project Officer, you will ensure the smooth running of the course and maintain and develop relationships with the delegates to create a positive learning experience.  You will make yourself familiar with the learning outcomes for delegates, as well as attending teaching events in a variety of locations across the region to act as a consistent point of contact.

We are looking for a pro-active individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a desire to provide a high level of customer service. Working collaboratively with external partners you will act as a link to NBS, helping to ensure it delivers an effective programme and meets the needs of the associated audit, compliance and reporting requirements.

You will be able to satisfy all the essential criteria in the person specification for the post which is available immediately on a fixed term basis for a period of 24 months.

Please note we are currently working to a hybrid model consisting of considerable remote working alongside regular days for face-to-face working at UEA, as agreed with the line manager.

Benefits of working at UEA include generous holiday entitlement with additional privilege days, staff development, working in a beautiful campus environment and an excellent pension scheme.

For an informal chat about the role please contact Hannah Jackson, Faculty Manager, [email protected]

Closing date: 31 October 2022
