Skills/Qualifications
title of professor or the degree of habilitated doctor or employment as a university professor
significant scientific achievements and professional practice,
specialization in orthopedics and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system
meeting the requirements set out in Art. 113 of the Act of July 20, 2018. Law on higher education and science (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668, as amended)
and in § 34 sec. 2 of the PUMS Statute,
declaration that the PUMS is or will be their primary place of work.
Specific Requirements
List of required documents:
1. declaration of application
2. CV containing information about education, professional qualifications and the course of previous employment along with contact details
3. self-report informing about scientific and research, didactic and educational, organizational and professional achievements
4. information on activities in the field of education of scientific staff
5. document confirming the possession of an academic title or an academic degree of doktor habilitowany or an employment as a university professor
6. a list of scientific achievements with a summary (bibliometric list) confirmed by the scientific library
7. the proposed development program of the Department of General Orthopedics, Oncology and Traumatology
8. documents confirming obtaining a specialization in orthopedics and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system
9. declaration that the candidate meets the requirements under Art. 113 of the Act of July 20, 2018. Law on Higher Education and Science
10. declaration that the candidate meets the requirements specified in § 34 sec. 2 of the PUMS Statute
11. in the case of candidates born before August 1, 1972, the declaration referred to in Art. 7 sec. 1 of the Act of 18 October 2006 on the disclosure of information on documents of state security authorities from the years 1944-1990 and the content of these documents (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 430) or the information referred to in Art. 7 sec. 3a of this Acttitle of professor or the degree of habilitated doctor,
12. statement that the Poznan University of Medical Sciences is or will be the candidate’s primary place of work
13. consent to the processing of personal data with the following content: “I consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of recruitment to entrust the function of the Head of the Department of General Orthopedics, Oncology and Traumatology run by the PUMS. At the same time, I declare that I give my consent voluntarily and that I have read the information clause attached in the announcement of the competition.”
14. if the candidate is not an employee of PUM, copies of employment certificates from previous workplaces and at least two opinions confirming the candidate’s qualifications

Eligibility criteria
Professional qualifications required in the Act on Higher Education and Science of 20 July 2018 (Journal of Laws of Republic Poland 2018, item 1668) and in the Statute of the Poznan University of Medical Sciences (the Resolution of Senate of PUMS No. 19/2019 of March 20th 2019).
